How to submit a new ticket for the health department

1- Sign up on medcoi.com, 

2- Login to your medcoi account and copy your username.

3- "Go To Support"

4- Submit A New Health Ticket

5- Fill up the form and paste your Medcoi Username in the proper field. Attach the lab results and/or documents for our Doctors to check

6- Submit the ticket, and check your email to followup the ticket!
