Once you're on your Dashboard, you'll find the Messages button conveniently located in the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Simply click on the [add new] button to initiate a new consultation. In the title field, briefly summarize your question or concern, and then provide detailed information about your symptoms or worries in the editor box below. Next, navigate to the sidebar and select the Consult a Doctor button to choose the healthcare professional you wish to consult. Finally, click publish to submit your message. Once submitted, you can easily monitor incoming messages from your message dashboard. To respond to any messages received, simply click the reply button to provide an instant reply and continue the conversation with your healthcare provider. With our intuitive messaging system, accessing expert medical advice has never been simpler.

Before you publish the message, you have an option to also send the message to our Telegram page for our doctors to receive it instantly. If you wish to enable this option, please make sure to check the [Send Message to Our Telegram Page] button to also send the message to our Clinic page on Telegram. However, please exercise caution and refrain from including any personal information in the message when selecting this option. Keep your query concise and limit it to your request and essential details. Rest assured, our team will prioritize your request and endeavor to contact you as soon as possible. Don't forget to regularly check your message dashboard for incoming messages, as this will help us efficiently coordinate and arrange further contact with you.
